Conditions

As a boutique hotel, we specialize in hotel guests who are looking for the individual, peace and relaxation. We ask for your understanding that we can not accept children under 12 years. Likewise, smoking and bringing animals is not allowed, with the exception of small dogs up to 8 kg. In this case, please contact us.

  • Free wifi in the whole house
  • Bicycles can be parked free of charge, dry and safe on our property
  • Arrival: 14.00 till 18.00
  • Departure: until 11.00

In case of earlier or later arrival, please notify the hotel by phone +49 451 70749011 or welcome@hotel-haase-luebeck.de. After 21:00 you can unfortunately not check in, because a night service for such a small hotel means a disproportionate effort.

Payment information

The prices are valid all year round and include the statutory VAT. Please settle your bill in cash (€), with credit or giro card. In case of early departure, the full price of the overnight stay is to be paid.

Cancellation costs

Until 14 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge! After that, the full price of the overnight stay is due. The hotel assumes no liability in case of illness or other cancellation reasons and recommends the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
